Why trust your paternity testing issues to some small no name laboratory offering a cheap paternity test at a cheap price, when you can get a "Premium Test" performed at our AABB accredited laboratory. What good is it to save a few dollars, yet receive FALSE RESULTS?

Our Refund Policy:
Samples must be submitted within 3 months of case initiation or the case will be closed. Refunds will be issued (according to the policies below) only if applied for within 3 days of the order date. Refunds for orders involving test kits only, Internet Specials, and/or International Orders will not be issued.: All sales final, no returns or refunds.
All refund requests must be accompanied by the Refund Request Form. Print this form and follow the instructions. This is a PDF file and requires Adobe Reader.

Refunds for test service orders cancelled prior to shipping and/or handling will have the following fees deducted: (No Refunds On Internet Specials)
- $35.00 Refund Processing Fee; and
- $25.00 Administrative Fee per Scheduled Shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, a 50% refund will be issued after the kit (including the unused FedEx return envelope) has been returned to GTL by US mail (postmarked within 3 days of order date) to the address in the Refund Request Form.
About DNA Sample Compliance:
DNA Samples must be received at the laboratory within the 90 day timeframe specified. Samples received late and/or in a condition not in compliance with the instructions provided will be the responsibility of the client. Costs related to subsequent sampling and testing due to non-adherence to the instructions provided will also be the responsibility of the client.
In the event your samples do not meet the requirements as stated in the instructions provided, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you via telephone immediately. If we cannot contact you immediately (or if you do not provide a telephone number where you can be reached) testing will commence as scheduled.
If we are able to contact you, you will be given the option to proceed with the non-complaint samples at your risk, or to purchase another kit and repeat sample collection. The following fees may be applied on a case-by-case basis.

If you choose to resample: ($50-Non Legal) to ($85-Legal) per home paternity kit shipment (maximum of three participants) +Shipping

If you choose to proceed (or if we are unable to contact you immediately):
($100-Non Legal) to ($150-Legal) to resample and retest. -
Additional fees may apply for legal cases, shipments outside of the continental United States, or tests involving more than three participants.
